Ordering
  • What if I want to speak to someone before ordering?
    We encourage you to contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback that you may have. The best way to contact us is via our Contact Form.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, KLARNA Credit, Amazon Pay, Google Pay or Bank Transfer. Your payments are processed safely and kept secure at all times.

  • Can I make changes to an order I've already placed?
    If you would like to make any changes to your order that hasn’t been collected by a courier please email sales@alexdavispcs.co.uk or call us at 01482 259181. If your order has already shipped then we cannot make changes to that order.~


Shipping

  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    All our products and custom builds are dispatched between Monday to Saturday. All PCs are built to order, the build time is included with the delivery time scale.

  • What are my shipping options?
    You can select between Standard (3 to 5 days) or Express (1 to 3 days) shipping at checkout. 

  • How do I track my order?
    You will receive tracking notifications from the courier once the order is shipped. 


Order Delivery

  • What happens if my order is damaged in transit?
    If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us ASAP. We will arrange this to be returned to us for replacement or for a full refund.

  • What to do if my order hasn't arrived?
    If you have received tracking notifications but the item hasn't arrived please check the courier website. If you're still concerned then please contact us.
