Bought this to build an entry level gaming rig and general PC workstation for photos and video. I already had a RTX 3050 graphics card which I could use so didn't need a dedicated GPU. I emailed them to check that this would create a good, balanced, entry level gaming rig and they confirmed it would. Even though it was a "custom" build (bigger SSD and more RAM), the PC was delivered within 10 days. It arrived well packed, in perfect condition, ready to go. Adding a couple of additional storage drives and the Nvidia RTX 3050 GPU was a doddle as there is a drive bay in the base of the PC and the cable management is excellent. The case is really nice and the RGB lighting on the fans is really cool. Overall I'm blown away by this PC. OK, they use generic non-brand SSDs and RAM but it was way cheaper than anything else I could find for this spec (like £150 cheaper!). It is blazingly quick compared to anything else I run. I can whole heartedly recommend Alex Davis PCs and I'll deffo use them again. Super, super impressed.

Ordered a starter systems for my son for Christmas - and it was helpful that Alex Davis PC offered a system to which a graphics card can be easily added. The system came incredibly well packaged and tracking information was provided on dispatch. On opening the box everything was clearly laid out and there was a starter sheet, which although everything was fairly obvious was nice touch and made it clear they had thought about the user experience.
The system itself lives up to the descrption on the website, playing war thunder, fortnite, ARMA 3 well at good FPS, and these will improve when we add the graphics cards.
Overall very happy and would use again.
One bit of feedback; I emailed around 9 days after placing the order as I hadn't heard anything since placing the order, but did not recieve a reply. I had to call in the end and all was fine. Maybe a holding email "all on track to build and delver on day X" a few days after the order was placed would be useful. But this is very much feedback rather than critiscm.

Works great, Far better than my old PC and does everything I need to at the moment. Arrived well packaged and looked great. I have no faults with the service, highly recommend.
